NITROXEN BIOFERTILIZER

Nitroxin biofertilizer consists of the most effective species of nitrogen stabilizing bacteria including the genus Azotobacter, Azospirillum and phosphate solubilizing bacteria including the genus Pseudomonas.

Nitroxin in the Mehr Asia technology Company (MABco) has been formulated with special techniques such that the bacteria that make up its components can show their maximum activity in different water, air and soil conditions in various parts of the country. This biofertilizer is in accordance with international standards due to its high quality and production conditions.

Due to it’s supreme quality, the nitroxin produced in MABco is recommended for increasing the output per unit area of land, for increasing the product’s quality and providing the needs of the plants growing in fields such as cereals, industrial and oil-producing crops, vegetables and summer crops, green house plants, gardens, parks and ornamental plants or flowers in every part of the country irrespective of its environmental conditions.

This biofertilizer can provide the plant with its major nitrogenous needs. In addition, the bacteria present in the biofertilizer facilitate the solubility of insoluble phosphates present in the soil and secrete various hormones that stimulate the plant’s growth, causing the growth of the root and hence improve the absorption of water and nutrients by the plant. The production of various antibiotics by the bacteria present in nitroxin in root rhizospher prevents the invasion of the root root by infectious soil-borne pathogen and nematodes by increasing the plant’s resistance to these destructive agents. According to research results and the applications of nitroxin on various plants seen on a large scale (especially cereals) have shown an increase of 40% output per unit area of land.

 

METHOD OF APPLICATION ANDAMOUNT OF USAGE:

1) SEED INOCULATION:

The best and most effective method to use the biofertilizer is to mix it with the seeds before cultivating them. The method is easy, cheap and results in an excellent outcome regarding the application of plants. Initially, spread the seeds on a clean plastic or and them in a rotating container (such as a cement mixer) and hence gradually add the recommended amount of biofertilizer to the seeds and mix thoroughly, either manually or with the help of a rotating machine.

After mixing the two thoroughly, the inoculated seeds should be spread in complete shade unit they are dried completely. Hence the seeds are ready for cultivation.

In case of crops such as barley and wheat, the seeds should be disinfected with fungicides. After the inoculation process, fungicides are added to the seeds and mixed thoroughly.

In case a mixer is used, first add the biofertilizer and while the mixer is rotating, Add the fungicides. Mixing nitroxin and various fungicides is allowed except for copper products. Note that the whole inoculation process and the drying of seeds after that should take place in complete shade and far from direct sunlight.

2) with irrigation water:

For the complete use of the biofertizer or in case the inoculation of seeds hasn’t taken place, using with irrigation water of nitroxin is considered. The best time period for using nitroxin during surplus usage is when the bushes cover the surface of the land and the main crop is able to complete with the weeds surrounding it and hence destroy them. In this method, the amount of biofertilizer recommended (as mentioned in the table) is added to 100 liters of water in a container that possesses an outlet.

During irrigation, the nitroxin mixed in water is gradually allowed to reach the roots of the crops by regulating the container’s outlet.

3) METHOD OF USAGE FOR SEEDLINGS:

Add 2 liters of nitroxin in 10 liters of water and mix thoroughly. The roots of seedlings of crops such as rice, tomato, egg plant etc that have been devote of soil are soaked in this solution for 10-15 minutes. Theses seedlings are hence ready to be cultivated in the main field.

NECESSARY PRECAUTINS:

Nitroxin biofertilizer is not harmful to human beings, warm-blooded animals, useful insects and microorganisms present in water or air. However, gloves should be used while seed inoculation with the biofertilizer. Hands and face need to be washed with soap after work. The biofertilizer should be stored in a shadowy, cool and dry place, far from sunlight. Prevent freezing and keep out of reach of children.
